Comprising the former Orange 9-hole loop and the Green the Ocean course has existed as such since mid-1996. Built mainly on undulating coastal land it features somewhat narrow fairways amongst umbrella pines as well as a few interesting holes close to the beach where the fickle sea breezes demand extra concentration. The 178 m par-3 which runs parallel to the beach is a good example of this feature. Two par-5 holes in the last three ensure a demanding finish to this excellent holiday style course. |
